Jean Piché lives in Montréal since 1988. His interest in computer music dates from the form’s beginnings in the 1970’s. After several collaborations with American visual artists such as Tom Sherman and Myriam Abramovitz, he has recently created his own videomusic works. Teaching and research in electroacoustic and computer music at the Université de Montréal occupy the major part of his professional life.
